Payment and Security.
Any payment made on this web-site is handled by PayPal or by ePDQ Secure Web Payments with Barclays, both of which are completely private and secure. You do not need to create an account or register on the PayPal site with any personal details to be able to place an order. We do not keep any of your personal details on our site. You may pay via either method using most credit cards on-line or by using your existing PayPal account. Your details will be used by us only to process your order. Shopping on this site is easy and secure.
Dispatch will normally take place within 1-2 days of receiving the order.
Should there be any problem regarding the availability of stock or any problem relating to delivery, the customer will be informed by email or by phone.
All lovespoons come with a bilingual, explanatory card.
Presentation Boxes
Presentation boxes may only be purchased when they are ordered with a spoon.
A free pyro-engraving service is available on most of the spoons. This service is available for spoons in both light and dark. The availability of the pyro-engraving service for each spoon is given with its description on the "On-line Shop" page.
Names and a date may be pyro-engraved on the spoon. Also a SHORT MESSAGE.
Details of your requirements should be entered in the Pyro-engraving Instructions box on the "Check Out Page"
Method of Delivery
For spoon deliveries within the UK, Royal Mail Recorded First Class "signed for" will be used.
For spoon deliveries outside the UK "Signed for International" will be used.
All deliveries will be fully insured by us, regardless of the value of the delivery.
Delivery Charges and Discounts
Delivery charges to the U.K. are £4.00 per order to one address.
Delivery charges outside the U.K.are £7.50 per order to one address.
A 10% discount will be given on 10 or more spoons.A 20% discount will be given on 20 or more spoons.
The discount will be calculated and deducted automatically when ordering.
The spoons ordered may be sent to an address different from that of the purchaser, if required. The delivery address may be entered on the "Order Page" . Please remember to include the post code.
Cancellation Policy
Should an order be cancelled before despatch a full refund will be made.
Should an order be cancelled after despatch a full refund will be made less the cost of postage and packing. The refund will be made after the safe return of the spoon only.
In addition, it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the spoon in its original condition, i.e. that in which it was despatched. It is advised that spoons returned from within the U.K. be sent by Recorded Delivery.
Returns PolicyIf the customer is not totally satisfied with the spoon(s) they may be returned for a full refund, less the original delivery charge.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the spoon(s) and after prior consultation with us either by telephone or by email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the spoon(s) being returned in case of damage or loss in transit.
